Announcements


Guidelines for submission of photographs and announcements


All pictures and announcements must be submitted 15 days prior to the issue you wish to appear in. (Issue dates are:  Spring- 3/15, Summer- 6/15, Fall- 9/15 and Winter- 12/15).

Wedding and engagement photos should be in portrait layout and can be either color or black and white. Wedding photos can include just the bride or bride and groom.

All photos must be digital or scanned images and are to be submitted electronically. They should be in .jpg format and at least 3"x5" with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Written Announcement should be no more than 70 words (standard announcement) or 140 words (large announcement). You can use one of the sample announcements as a guide for writing your personal announcement or write your own.



Notice


All pictures submitted must be legally owned by the person submitting the photo, or have permission from the photographer.

Ever After Magazine reserves the right to reject the photo and/or announcement for inappropriate content, incorrect format, or poor quality.
